In order to become a member of IRVAP, you will need to complete the application form (PDF)
Applicants who have approved qualifications in veterinary physiotherapy may join as Full Members. Applicants who have other qualifications may join as Associate Members.

Please also send your current CV and two references from veterinary surgeons with whom you have worked.
The application can be e-mailed or posted. Notifications are by letter, so please make sure your postal address is correct.
